A: Deposits are required to book all services. Custom made items must be paid for in full PRIOR to beginning product production. All deposits are non-refundable. No deposit, no product or appointment

A: To ensure quality products, I provide all balloons for balloon decor and installs. The use of high quality strength balloons ensures this.
Q: What is your turn around time for photos and vinyl designs?
A: TAT depends on product, availability, and high volume order times such as holidays.
